Becoming a member of the H.A.M. community is
first about being a child of God and spreading the good news.
As we are all on a spiritual journey of one sort or another,
why not make that journey with others like you.
If you have already been baptized or
confirmed in another church of the Anglican Communion, of
which the Episcopal Church is a part, or the Roman, Lutheran
or Orthodox Church you may be received in the congregation. If
you have never been baptized, we invite you to explore the
meaning of baptism. Baptism brings a person into a
relationship with Christ, which commits one to proclaim the
Good News of God in Christ, seeking to serve Christ in all
persons and striving for justice and peace. Members are
encouraged to give of time, talents and
financial support of the betterment of the Church and the
community. As members, you are invited
to vote for and serve on the vestry (the governing body of the
church), and volunteer your service to various organizations
within the church.
Those persons seeking membership who are
already baptized are encouraged to receive the sacrament of
Confirmation and renew your baptismal vows. For more
information, please contact our church office, or better yet,
stop in for a visit.
